Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 152:132

On the authority of al-A’mash, from Shamir, from al-Mughirah ibn Sa’d ibn al-Akhram, from his father, from ‘Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not acquire landed property (al-day’ah), lest you become desirous of the worldly life." Then ‘Abdullah said: "And what is in Medina? And what is in Baradhan? And what is in Baradhan?"
