Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 152:172

On the authority of Ibn Mas'ud, that a man kissed a woman, so he came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and this verse was revealed: "And establish prayer at the two ends of the day." He said: "O Messenger of Allah, is this for me?" He said: "For whoever acts upon it from my nation."
