Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 152:176

Yahya narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from al-Hakam and Mansur, from Mujahid, from Abu Ma'mar: That a governor in Makkah used to perform two taslims. Abdullah [ibn Mas'ud] said, "Where did he get this from?" Al-Hakam said in his narration: "Indeed, the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to do it."
