Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Abu Fazara, from Abu Zayd, the freed slave of 'Amr ibn Hurayth, from 'Abdullah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said on the night of the Jinn, "Do you have any water for purification?" He said, "No, except for some nabidh (date-infused water) in a water skin." He said, "Bring it. A good date and pure water."
