On the authority of Ibn Mas'ud, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) delayed the Isha prayer one night, then he went out to the mosque, and behold, the people were waiting for the prayer. He said: "There is no one among the people of the religions who remembers Allah at this hour except you." He said: And these verses were revealed: "They are not all the same; among the People of the Scripture is a community standing [in obedience]," up to: "And Allah is Knowing of the righteous."
