Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 152:24

Abu Hisham narrated to us, Ubayd Allah narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Mansur, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from Isa ibn Asim, from Zirr, from Abdullah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Taking omens is shirk (polytheism), and there is not one among us but (it occurs to him), but Allah removes it through reliance (upon Him)."
