Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Ishaq bin Sulayman al-Razi narrated to us, he said: I heard Bashir Abu Isma'il mention it from Sayyar, from Tariq bin Shihab, from Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever is afflicted with poverty and brings it down upon the people, his poverty will not be blocked. And whoever brings it down upon Allah, Allah will hasten for him richness, either a prompt richness or an impending death."
