Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Isa ibn Abi Izzah, from al-Sha'bi, from Abdullah: That the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed the cutting [of the hand for theft] for the value of five dirhams.
