Hadith 152:37
Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, Abu al-Jawwab narrated to us, Sulayman ibn Qarm narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Shaqiq, from Abdullah, who said: There was a man who possessed much wealth. When death approached him, he said to his family: "If you do what I command you, I will bequeath you much wealth." They said: "Yes." He said: "When I die, burn me, then grind me, and when it is a windy day, climb to the top of a mountain and scatter me. For if Allah has power over me, He will not forgive me." They did that to him. Then he was gathered in the hands of Allah. He said: "What compelled you to do what you did?" He said: "O Lord, fear of You." He said: "Go, for I have forgiven you."
