Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 152:46

Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr narrated to us, Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, Asim narrated to us, from Abu Wa’il, from Abdullah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "A woman should not touch another woman and then describe her to her husband, or describe her to a man, such that it is as if he is looking at her. And if there are three, two should not whisper to each other excluding their companion, for that would sadden him. And whoever swears a false oath to seize by it the wealth of his brother or the wealth of a Muslim man, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him." He said: Then Al-Ash’ath ibn Qays heard Ibn Mas’ud mentioning this hadith, and he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said [this] regarding two men who disputed over a well."
