Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr narrated to us, Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, Asim narrated to us, from Abu Wa'il, from Ibn Mas'ud, who said: A man from the companions of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, from the People of the Bench (Ahl al-Suffah), passed away and left behind two dinars. This was mentioned to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he said: "Two brandings."
