Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 154:16

Daud ibn Rashid narrated to us, Suwayd ibn Abd al-Aziz narrated to us, from Abu Hisham al-Ayli, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from Ibn Umar, who attributed it to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, he said: "Every creature of the creatures of the land and the sea that does not have flowing blood, it has no slaughter (dhabihah)."
