Suwayd narrated to us, from Malik, from Nafi’, from Ibn ‘Umar, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever sells date palms that have been pollinated, then their fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates [otherwise]."
