Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 154:175

'Abd al-A'la ibn Hammad narrated to us, from Malik, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, that the Talbiyah of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was: "Labbayk Allahumma Labbayk, Labbayk la sharika laka Labbayk, inna al-hamda wa al-ni'mata laka wa al-mulk, la sharika lak" (Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, there is no partner for You, here I am. Indeed, all praise and grace are Yours, and the dominion; there is no partner for You). He said: 'Abdullah (ibn 'Umar) used to add to it: "Labbayk, Labbayk, Labbayk wa sa'dayk, wa al-khayru fi yadayk, wa al-raghba'u ilayk, wa al-'amal" (Here I am, here I am, here I am and at Your service, and all good is in Your hands, and the longing is toward You, and the deed).
