Ali ibn al-Ja'd narrated to us, Sakhr ibn Juwayriyah informed me, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "Indeed, the one who misses the Asr prayer, it is as if he has been bereaved of his family and his wealth."
