Shayban narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, who said: A man said, while the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was on the pulpit: "O Messenger of Allah, what animals may the pilgrim (muhrim) kill?" He said: "The crow, the kite, and the biting dog." Jarir said: Ayyub said to me: "I said to Nafi’, 'And the snake?'" He said: "There is no disagreement between two people regarding that."
