"Behold, every one of you is a shepherd, and every one of you is responsible for his flock. Behold, the leader who is over the people is a shepherd over them and is responsible for them. The man is a shepherd over the people of his household and is responsible for them. The man’s wife is a shepherd over her husband’s house and his children, and she is responsible for them. The man’s slave is a shepherd over his master’s wealth and is responsible for it. Behold, every one of you is a shepherd, and every one of you is responsible for his flock."
