Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 154:42

Abu Ma'mar narrated to us, Muhammad bin Furat narrated to us, he said: Two men disputed before Muharib, and he testified against one of them. The one testified against said: "By Allah, I do not know him to be a truthful man, and if you were to ask about him, he would surely be praised or vouched for, yet he has testified falsely against me. I do not know what emboldened him to do that." He said: Muharib bin Dithar said: "O man, fear Allah, for I heard Abdullah bin Umar saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: 'The feet of a false witness will not move until the Fire becomes mandatory for him.'" And indeed, the birds on the Day of Resurrection will strike with their wings and cast out what is in their bellies, having no request. And the Prophet (ﷺ) was admonishing a man.
