Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 154:45

Harun ibn Ma'ruf narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Ali ibn Zayd ibn Jud'an, from al-Qasim ibn Rabi'ah, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) stood on the steps of the Ka'bah on the day of the Conquest and said: "Praise be to Allah, who fulfilled His promise, aided His servant, and defeated the confederates alone. Behold, the blood-money for intentional killing that is mistaken [i.e., quasi-intentional]—by whip or staff—is one hundred camels, forty of which are pregnant, carrying their young in their wombs. Behold, every blood [feud] and claim of honor from the Pre-Islamic Era (Jahiliyyah) is beneath these two feet of mine, except for the guardianship of the House (Sadanah) and the providing of water to the pilgrims (Siqayah), for I uphold them for their people as they were."
