Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 154:77

Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Sadaqah ibn Abi Imran, from Iyad ibn Laqit, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Nu'aym al-A'raj, who said: A man came to Abdullah ibn Umar while I was with him and asked him about the temporary marriage of women (mut'at al-nisa'). He became angry and said: "By Allah, we were not, during the time of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), fornicators nor adulterers."
