Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 154:9

Two men came from the East and delivered a sermon, and the people were amazed by their eloquence. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Indeed, some eloquence is magic," or "Indeed, part of eloquence is magic."
