Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 161:33

Ishaq ibn Abi Isra'il narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Hamzah ibn al-Mughirah, from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Do not make my grave an idol. May Allah curse a people who took the graves of their prophets as places of worship."
