Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 161:50

Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Musa ibn Ubaydah, from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim, from Ibn al-Had, from al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The religion will appear until it crosses the seas, and the seas will be crossed in the path of Allah. Then, after you, there will come people who recite the Quran. They will say: 'We have recited the Quran; who is more reciting than us, or who is more understanding than us, or who is more knowledgeable than us?'" Then he turned to his companions and said: "Is there any good in those?" They said: "No." He said: "Those are from you, from this nation, and those are the fuel of the Fire."
