Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 150:102

Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr al-Muqaddami narrated to us, Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Simak, from 'Ikrimah, from 'Aishah—he mentioned that he heard it from her—that she saw the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, supplicating while raising his hands, saying: "O Allah, I am only a human being, so do not punish me. Whichever man among the Muslims I have harmed or insulted, do not punish me [for it]."
