Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 150:125

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, Yahya narrated to us, from Hisham ibn 'Urwah, my father informed me, from 'Aishah: That Umm Habibah and Umm Salamah mentioned a church in Abyssinia that they had seen, in which there were images. They mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). He said: "Those people, when a righteous man among them died, they would build a place of worship over his grave and depict those images in it. Those are the worst of creation in the sight of Allah on the Day of Resurrection."
