'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, 'Umar ibn 'Ali narrated to us, Hisham ibn 'Urwah narrated to us, from his father, from 'A'ishah, that it was said to her: "What did the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, do among his family?" She said: "He would sew his garment and mend his sandal, or something similar to that."
