Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 150:151

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, 'Uthman ibn 'Umar narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr, from Rib'i, from al-Tufayl—the brother of 'Aishah from her mother—from 'Aishah, regarding what 'Uthman knows: That a Jew saw in a dream: "Excellent people are the nation of Muhammad, were it not that they say: 'What Allah wills and what Muhammad wills.'" He said: So he mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), and he said: "Do not say: 'What Allah wills and what Muhammad wills.' Say: 'What Allah wills alone.'"
