Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Ubayd Allah ibn Abd al-Majid al-Hanafi narrated to us, Ubayd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Mawhab narrated to us, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from Aisha, that she wanted to emancipate two slaves of hers who were a married couple. She mentioned that to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he said: "Begin with the man."
