Hadith 150:337

Kamil narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, from 'Amrah bint 'Abd al-Rahman, from 'Aishah, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that she said: The sun eclipsed during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so he stood with the people in the mosque, and they lined up behind the Messenger of Allah. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, stood for a long time during the day until men collapsed from the heat, until I saw men whose faces were being sprinkled with water. Then he bowed for as long as his standing, until I saw men collapsing as well. Then he raised his head, then he prostrated. Then he stood for a duration less than his first standing, then he bowed for a duration less than his first bowing. Then he raised his head, then he prostrated. Then he stood again for a duration less than that, then he bowed, then he raised his head, then he prostrated.
