Hadith 150:351
Abu Musa narrated to us, Ibn Abi Adi narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Abu Ma’shar, from al-Nakha’i, from al-Aswad, from ‘Aishah, who said: When he (the Prophet) wanted to perform ghusl (ritual bath) from janabah (major ritual impurity), he would begin with his palms and wash them. Then he would wash his private parts and pour water over them. When he had cleansed them, he would rub his hands against a wall. Then he would proceed to perform wudu (ablution), and then he would pour water over his head.
