Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 150:45

Muhammad ibn 'Abbad narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was brought a male thief or a female thief, so he ordered [the punishment] for her, and she was cut [i.e., her hand was amputated]. And he said: "If it were Fatimah, I would have established the prescribed punishment upon her."
