Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 150:49

Muhammad ibn 'Abbad narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Talhah, from his paternal aunt 'Aishah bint Talhah, from 'Aishah, the Mother of the Believers, who said: A boy from among the children of the Ansar was brought to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, for him to pray over him. I said, "O Messenger of Allah, glad tidings to this one; he did not reach evil, nor did he see it, or he did not comprehend it, or he did not do it." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said, "O 'Aishah, or is it other than that? Allah created Paradise and created people for it while they were in the loins of their fathers, and He created the Fire and created people for it while they were in the loins of their fathers."
