Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 150:6

Suwayd narrated to us, Rushdin ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from Ibn al-Had, from Musa ibn Sarjas, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from 'Aishah, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while he was dying, and beside him was a cup containing water. He inserted his hand into the cup, then wiped his face with it, then he was saying: "O Allah, assist me against the agonies of death."
