Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 150:82

Ja'far ibn Mihran narrated to us, 'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Abbad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to me, from his father 'Abbad, who said: I heard 'Aishah say: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) died between my chest and my throat, in my house, and I did not wrong anyone regarding him. It was due to my foolishness and the youth of my age that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was taken while he was in my lap. Then I placed his head upon a pillow and stood up to beat my chest with the women and strike my face.
