Abu Ibrahim Isma'il ibn Ibrahim al-Turjumani narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Zinad narrated to us, from Urwah, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to place a pulpit in the mosque for Hassan ibn Thabit, upon which he would stand and recite poetry, defending the Messenger of Allah. Then the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) would say: "Indeed, Allah supports Hassan with the Holy Spirit as long as he defends the Messenger of Allah."
