Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 150:96

Hawthara ibn Ashras narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salama narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwa, from Urwa, from Aisha, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I was brought, in what the sleeper sees, a young woman in a piece of silk. I uncovered her, and behold, it was you. I said: 'If this is from Allah, He will bring it to pass,' two or three times." Aisha said: "He married me after the death of Khadija, two or three years before his departure to Medina, and I was seven years old. When we arrived, women came to me while I was playing on a swing. They prepared me and adorned me, then they brought me to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he consummated the marriage with me while I was nine years old."
