Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 111:44

Abdullah ibn Umar narrated to us, Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak, from Ibn Abbas, who said: Regarding [the verse]: "When that which covers the Lote Tree covered it" (An-Najm: 16), the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "I saw it until I confirmed it, then golden moths came between me and it."
