تابع مسند بن عباس

Hadith 111:53

And from Ibn Abbas regarding His saying: "Rukha'an" (gently), where it strikes. He said: "The 'Rukha' is the obedient [wind]." As for His saying: "Where it strikes," he said: "Where it wills." And regarding His saying: "He sends the winds, so they raise clouds, and He spreads them in the sky however He wills, and He makes them into fragments," he said: "Pieces, some of them above others." "And you see the rain," he said: "Meaning the rain, coming forth from its midst," he said: "From between it."

وعن بن عباس * في قوله رخاء حيث أصاب ص قال الرخاء المطيعة وأما قوله حيث أصاب قال حيث أراد وفي قوله @QB@ يرسل الرياح فتثير سحابا فيبسطه في السماء كيف يشاء ويجعله كسفا @QE@ الروم يقول قطعا بعضها فوق بعض فترى الودق الروم يعني المطر يخرج من خلاله الروم من بينه
