Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 111:7

Abu Ya'la informed us, he said: It was read to Bishr ibn al-Walid, Abu Yusuf informed you, from Muhammad ibn Ubayd Allah, from 'Ata', from Abu Hurayrah, who said: My intimate friend (the Prophet) forbade me from three things and commanded me with three things. He forbade me from pecking like a rooster, looking around like a fox, or sitting on my haunches like a beast of prey. And he commanded me to perform the Witr prayer before sleeping, to fast three days of every month, and to perform the Duha prayer.
