Musa narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Za'idah narrated to us, from Simak, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to pray on a *khumrah* (a small mat made of palm leaves).
