Narrated to us Ishaq, narrated to us Hammad, from Mujalid, from al-Sha'bi, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "The pasturing livestock is 'jabar' (liable for no compensation), the well is 'jabar', and the mine is 'jabar'. And in the 'rikaz' (buried treasure), there is one-fifth."
