Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 109:137

Ishaq narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Mujalid, from al-Sha'bi, from Jabir: "If you are given this, then take it, and if you are not given it, then beware." The Table (al-Ma'idah) was mentioned, until the Prophet (ﷺ) came to them. He said to them, "By the One who revealed the Torah to Moses, and the One who parted the sea, and the One who sent down the manna and quails upon you, do you know?" They said, "We have told our people that." One of them said, "He adjures us by the likes of this." He said, "Do you find that looking is adultery, embracing is adultery, and kissing is adultery? So if four witnesses testify that they saw him inserting and withdrawing, just as the kohl applicator enters the kohl container, then [the punishment is] stoning."
