Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Sulaym ibn Hayyan, from Sa'id ibn Mina: Jabir ibn Abdullah narrated to us, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade al-muhaqala, al-muzabana, and al-mukhabara, which is the leasing of land for half [of its produce].
