Hadith 109:178

Masruq ibn al-Marzuban narrated to us, Ibn Abi Za’idah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Sa’id, from Jabir, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to stand by a wooden post, leaning against it, to deliver the sermon every Friday. Then a man from the Romans came to him and said, "If you wish, I will make something for you that, when you sit upon it, it will be as if you are standing." He said, "Yes." So he made the pulpit for him. When he sat upon it, the wooden post groaned like the groaning of a she-camel for its young, until the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) descended and placed his hand upon it. When the next day came, I saw that it had been moved. We said, "What is this?" He said, "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Abu Bakr, and Umar came and moved it."
