Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 109:27

Ishaq and Zuhayr narrated to us, they said: Waki' narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from Hassan bin 'Atiyyah, from Muhammad bin al-Munkadir, from Jabir: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saw a man with dirty clothes, so he said: "Could this man not find anything with which to clean his clothes?" And he saw a man with disheveled hair, so he said: "Could this man not find anything with which to settle his hair?"
