Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 109:33

Zakariya narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, from al-Sha'bi, from Jabir, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): That he asked the two sons of Suriya to swear an oath when he asked them about stoning. He asked them to swear an oath: "How do you find it in the Book of Allah, in your book?" He said: He asked them to swear an oath by Allah, besides whom there is no god, who revealed the Torah to Moses: "How do you find the punishment for adultery in your book?"
