Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 109:40

Abu Hammam narrated to us, he said: Abdullah bin Wahb informed me, he said: Dawud bin Qays al-Madani and others informed me, from Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqil bin Abi Talib, from Jabir bin Abdullah: That the wife of Sa’d bin al-Rabi’ said: "O Messenger of Allah, Sa’d has perished and left behind two daughters and his brother. His brother proceeded and seized what Sa’d left behind, and women are only married for their wealth." He did not answer her in that gathering. Then she came and said: "O Messenger of Allah, the two daughters of Sa’d." The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Call his brother for me." So he came to him, and he said: "Give his two daughters two-thirds, and his wife one-eighth, and what remains is yours."
