Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 163:18

Zuhayr narrated to us, Jarir ibn Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from Suhayl, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: Fatimah asked the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, for a servant. He said: "Shall I not guide you to that which is better than that? You glorify Allah (say *SubhanAllah*), and you magnify Allah (say *Allahu Akbar*), and you praise Allah (say *Alhamdulillah*) when you go to your bed, one hundred times."
