Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 250:4

Dāwūd ibn Rushayd narrated to us, al-Walīd ibn Muslim narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Hamzah ibn Yūsuf ibn ‘Abd Allāh ibn Salām narrated to us, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) paid in advance to a man from the Jews [for] dinars for dates, specified [in quantity], for a specified term. The Jew said: "[They shall be] from the dates of the orchard of the sons of so-and-so." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "As for from the dates of the orchard of the sons of so-and-so, then no."
