Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 250:7

Mansur ibn Abi Muzahim narrated to us, Yahya ibn Hamzah narrated to us, from al-Awza’i, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Abdullah ibn Salam, who said: We mentioned the most beloved deeds to Allah, and we said: "Who will ask the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) for us?" We feared asking him, so he singled us out, one by one, until we gathered with him. Some of us whispered to others, and we did not know [what to do]. Then the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) sent for us and recited to us this Surah: "Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth glorifies Allah," up to his saying: "a solid structure." Ibn Salam said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) recited the entire Surah to us from its beginning to its end. Abu Salamah said: And Abdullah ibn Salam recited the Surah to us from its beginning to its end.
